Sean Combs, 47, tops the list of the 100 best paid celebrities in the world. The Grammy winner brought in $130 million thanks to music, his business in fashion, and an investment in Ciroc vodka. In second place is Beyonce, 35, who brought home $105 million in the last twelve months. Third place is for the British writer J.K. Rowling (51), the "Harry Potter" creator earned $95 million thanks to literature and now also to film production.
Drake is in fourth place on the list, thanks to the $94 million he made in the last twelve months. Then, there is the soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, 32, who earned $93 million, becoming the world's richest athlete. Forbes magazine took into account what each celebrity earned between June 2016 and June 2017.

Analyzing the Forbes list, it is observed that only two women (Beyonce and J.K. Rowling) are in the top ten of the richest celebrities, indicating that the entertainment industry is still dominated by men. This can be an incentive for brave women to continue to give their best for the sake of art.
