The disappearance of Madeleine McCann still hasn't been solved, nor does it necessarily look like it will be solved any time soon. Meanwhile, suspicion against the missing child's parents appears to be as strong as ever before -- especially if you look to social media. People continue to flock to social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to express their opinions on the girl's disappearance by the hundreds, even though she's been missing for more than seven years now.
Do Kate and Gerry McCann know what happened to Madeleine?
The biggest question being asked in this case is whether or not Kate and Gerry McCann have knowledge of what actually happened to little Maddie on the night of her disappearance.
Over the course of the past seven years, a myriad of details have been published that seem to indicate that the parents of the missing child either had a hand in her mysterious disappearance, or covered up her death.
Madeleine McCann disappeared in May 2007 while she was vacationing with parents in Portugal. The three-year-old child was left alone with two infant siblings while Kate and Gerry enjoyed "adult time" at a tapas bar with a handful of their friends. This detail has long been a sore spot with people across the globe, due to the fact that the children were left completely alone with no adult supervision. To make matters worse, the rental apartment was far enough from the tapas bar that the adults could not clearly see the apartment from where they wined-and-dined.
The British couple didn't discover their daughter missing until after 9:00 p.m., and she was not reported missing to authorities until approximately 10:14 p.m. During this time, it's been reported that Kate McCann did not physically search for the missing three-year-old child.

This has been based on a mountain of evidence, such as cadaver dog findings that seem to indicate that Madeleine McCann died in the apartment on the night of her disappearance. One place where cadaver dogs "hit" was the trunk of the McCann's rental car -- which wasn't even obtained until after Maddie had officially disappeared.
This detail has led some on social media to believe that Madeleine's dead body was hidden and then later transported by the couple.
