BTS once again proved their popularity not just in Korea but in the whole world, as they entered Billboard's Hot 100 charts this week. Billboard’s Hot 100 chart ranks the most popular songs of the week in the United States across all music genres and is based on radio airplay, sales data, and streaming data.

On Monday, September 25, Billboard announced that BTS’s Title TrackDNA has entered the Hot 100 for the week of October 7 at No. 85. According to Billboard, they achieved this result with 5.3 million first-week United States streams and 14,000 downloads sold. BTS new song has also come in at No. 37 on the Digital Song Sales chart and it is their first entry on the chart.

This is very meaningful to BTS as entering the Billboard's Hot 100 is part of their goals for 2017.

Billboard 200 with the album 'Love Yourself: Her'

On Sunday, September 24, BTS became the first ever K-pop act to break into the top 10 of the Billboard 200. The seven-member K-Pop boy band group released their latest album "Love Yourself: Her" on September 18 debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. This is the highest-ever for an Asian act to be placed on the chart. They actually beat out their own record last year as the top-charting Korean album with the album "Wings".

BTS awesome achievements

BTS has been dominating the music chart with their title track "DNA" in their newest album "Love Yourself: Her".

The group's title track "DNA" broke records on YouTube as they become the fastest K-pop group to reach 10 million views in just hours after its release, 20 million views in less than 24 hours which led them to become the fastest K-Pop group to have 20 million plus views in just 24 hours.

Top Videos of the Day

As of September 23, the music video of 'DNA' hit 50 million views on YouTube! It reached this in just over 5 days and 18 hours, and thus set a new record as the fastest K-pop group music video to hit 50 million views.

The music video for "DNA" also became number 1 on YouTube's trending list. This is not easy for a Kpop group to obtain the top spot as it is not easy for Asian acts to become the No. 1 on Youtube's trending list. Apart from Youtube, the boys also slayed the music charts. Particularly on MelOn, BTS managed to take all the top spots with their songs from the album 'LOVE YOURSELF: 承 'Her.'

Lastly, 'LOVE YOURSELF: 承 'Her' topped the iTunes album chart in 73 different countries, such as USA, England, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece. While 'DNA' topped the song chart in 29 different countries, such as Norway, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Argentina, Brazil. This is the most a Korean artist has ever done.
