Former “Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson has been making frequent trips to the Ecuadorian Embassy to visit WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange lately. The 49-year-old Canadian native has not denied dating rumors and even wrote on a blog post her opinions of him being sexy and how he stimulates her intellectually more than all her lovers and ex-husbands combined. She also seemed impressed with Assange being “up against the world’s biggest super powers” by ruffling a few powerful feathers. In her blog, Anderson defends her Australian-born beau by claiming he is on the side of civilians and is brave enough to expose government corruption.
Anderson was seen Thursday night in London entering the 45-year-old Assange’s safe space wearing a camel overcoat, a tight black top and either the tiniest mini-skirt ever or no pants at all. In January 2017, Anderson wrote a letter to then-President Barack Obama asking him to consider pardoning Julian Assange.
Is it love, intrigue, or something else?
Pamela Anderson told John Bishop on “The Nightly Show” that she met Assange last year thanks to famed British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood. According to the Sun, Anderson stated that she began seeing Assange every month, but now she sees him on a more regular basis. The former “Home Improvement” actress added that she believes Assange is one of the most important people in the world, what he does is historic and he has sacrificed a lot for us all.
Many may beg to differ as to how Julian Assange will go down in history
Government officials think what Assange does compromises national security and is a very serious offense. Assange has been granted political asylum and has been living in the embassy for the past four years. He came under fire this week after a dump of CIA secrets were posted on his website.
As for the sexual assault allegation in Sweden brought against Assange, Anderson condemns it as being ridiculous, stating there was no rape. To her, it was a case of condom or not. While Anderson claims Assange is doing a service by dumping leaks, there is still the question of the timing of the leaks and how most seem directed at only one political party.
