The rise in sea level in Mississippi River Delta is a cause of concern as there is already damage of 5,000 square miles of the property. Now NASA has taken up this project to oversee why some areas have shrunk, and some have not. The NASA team of researchers will take up the study and work in two phases. The space agency was supposed to take up this work four years ago; now, after complete planning & training, they will begin operation in April 2020.
