The situation appears to have changed and she could follow the royal tradition and be at the Lindo Wing maternity unit of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. This is an assumption based on recent updates. Her baby is due in April or May and the hospital authorities have advised its staff to refrain from taking holidays in April.

The Daily Mail UK reports that during her recent visit to Birkenhead the Duchess of Sussex said she is expecting her baby in April or May.

That, coupled with the directive issued by the hospital to its staff, reveals an interesting scenario. All three children of the Duchess of Cambridge saw the light of day in this hospital and the Duchess of Sussex could follow the trend.

The hospital is equipped to cater to the elite

The staff in St Mary's Hospital in Paddington believe the instruction on not taking holiday in April has links to the newcomer that will join the Royal Family but there is no confirmation from any source. By her own admission, the Duchess of Sussex expects her baby to arrive in April or May, hence the advance alert.

While interacting with her fans during a visit to Merseyside, she said the Duke of Sussex would make “a fantastic father.”

However, things appear to have changed for whatever reasons and the focus is now on an alternative. The baby could arrive in April or May and it could happen in the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, West London. It was here that her sister-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her children and where Meghan's child could also be born.
