The popular tactical shooter game Ghost Recon Wildlands will receive another major content update next week, February 27. Ubisoft made the big announcement this week, providing some details on their recent company’s blog post. The next major update, which titled Special Operations 4, will be adding new features and major improvements onboard.

According to the recent company’s blog post, Ghost Recon players will be expecting more features and lots of excitement in the next Ubisoft’s update. The next major update will target and test the player’s endurance.

However, players will be going to receive some award upon completion of the endurance test. Ubisoft will also introduce a new playable class as well as two new maps in this new update.

What to expect from the new Special Operations 4 update

Ubisoft hasn’t yet revealed to the world the full details of the next update. The gaming website VGR said that the full details of the story would not be revealed to the public until closer to its scheduled release date. However, Ubisoft has posted some important information regarding the next update via the company’s recent blog post.

As expected by many Ghost Recon fans, Ubisoft is about to make the shooter game even more engaging. One of the highlights of the next update will be the implementation of a highly requested feature for the game’s solo campaign.

The new addition will allow players to manually set the time of day setting in their own solo campaign, providing the ability to play the game in their own style.

Other big additions include an update for Battle Crates and Prestige Crates as well as two new event types for the current PvP event rotation. Ubisoft is also adding a custom match browser which allows players to filter online matches based on their personal criteria.

But It’s not just about addition, the game publisher is also retiring feature like the Challenging Seasons system in favor of a more improved Daily Challenges system. In the new system, players will now be able to complete three solo challenges.

Ubisoft shares new details about The Division 2

In another Ubisoft-related story, the game publisher has released important details about its upcoming action role-playing game The Division 2.

These include release date, beta details, and pre-order deals.

Developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft, The Division 2 is a sequel to the 2016’s hit action role-playing game The Division. The new game is set seven months after the first The Division game. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic Washington DC, which at that time was filled with survivors of the deadly viruses and a huge number of marauders.

In addition, Ubisoft also released a new trailer and an infographic that features all the end game activities in the apocalyptic world, including the first raid. The new game is expected to bring more excitement like the newly redesigned Dark Zones, which according to Ubisoft ill bring over the PvPvE elements from the previous game The Division.

The upcoming The Division 2 will be launched on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on March 15.
