Vanilla pudding is a favorite among many dessert fanatics. Mainly due to the fact it’s simple and easy to make. Best of all, extremely delicious. The recipe is simple to follow. This version is more “old fashioned” pudding, similar to custard. There are a wide variety of custards. This is a rich and creamy pudding, that uses double cream to the milk. For thickening agents, use yolks instead of whole eggs. The remaining ingredients are sugar, butter and salt.
