On Wednesday, the deadline for MLB players to be non-tendered saw many established players now join the free agent market.

Here are 10 of the most notable that are now available to be picked up by any team. A list of all the players who were non-tendered can be found at MLB Trade Rumors.

1

Archie Bradley, RP (Cincinnati Reds)

Bradley saved 18 games for the Diamondbacks in 2019 and pitched to a stellar 1.73 ERA in 73 innings in 2017. Traded to the Reds last season, he gave up just one run and four hits in 7.2 innings for Cincinnati.

2

David Dahl, OF (Colorado Rockies)

The 26-year-old Dahl was a NL All-Star in 2019 as he finished the year hitting .302 with 28 doubles and 15 homers. This past season was a disastrous one as he appeared in just 24 games and didn't hit a lick (.183 batting average, .470 OPS).

3

Adam Duvall, LF (Atlanta Braves)

It was a bit surprising to see Duvall non-tendered after he tied for third in the NL with 16 homers in 2020. He had three long balls on September 9 when the Braves scored 29 runs against the runs which is the most runs by a NL team in the modern era according to Forbes.

4

Maikel Franco, 3B (Kansas City Royals)

It wasn't a halfway bad 2020 for Franco, who has just not been able to duplicate his first extended action of 2015. His .278 batting average was his best since that aforementioned 2015 season, and he started in all 60 of Kansas City's games.

5

Nomar Mazara, RF (Chicago White Sox)

Mazara was one of the most consistent hitters during his tenure with the Rangers from 2016-19. During each of those four seasons, he hit between .253 and .268 while connecting on 20 homers in three of those years (19 in the other). His offensive input was nearly nonexistent in 2020 as the 25-year-old hit just .228 with only one homer.

6

Hansel Robles, RP (Los Angeles Angels)

Robles was a pleasant surprise for the Angels in 2019 saving 23 games while finishing with a WHIP barely over one and an ERA of 2.48. 2020 brought nowhere near that success as he gave up 19 earned runs in 16.2 innings.

7

Danny Santana, 1B/OF (Texas Rangers)

Last year was a breakout season for Santana as he provided excellent offensive value as evidenced by his .283 batting average, .857 OPS, 28 homers, and 21 stolen bases. He provided minimal value in his 15 games of 2020, and he underwent surgery for a torn ligament is his elbow in September.

8

Kyle Schwarber, LF (Chicago Cubs)

It was just one year ago in 2019 when Schwarber belted 38 home runs for the Cubs. Never known for his defense in left field, he hit below the Mendoza line in 2020 at .188.

9

Travis Shaw, 3B/1B (Toronto Blue Jays)

Not only has Shaw provided solid defense at third base for much of his career, there was a time where he was one of the the most productive hitters that plays at the hot corner as well. In 2017 and 2018, he combined to slug 63 homers and drive in 187 runs.
