For the tenth straight year, ESPN has posted their NBARank in which they predict who will be the 100 best players for the upcoming season. ESPN asked its panel of voters to vote on pairs of NBA players in order to help decide the rankings.
Here are 10 of the biggest snubs from the rankings. Others who can be considered snubs who aren’t listed below include Kyle Kuzma (Lakers), Andrew Wiggins (Warriors), Dillon Brooks (Grizzlies), Jae Crowder (Suns), Markelle Fultz (Magic), Jonas Valanciunas (Grizzlies), and Collin Sexton (Cavaliers).
Clint Capela - Atlanta Hawks
Over the last three seasons, Capela has averaged 14.9 points (on 64.5 percent field goal shooting), 12.2 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks. A heel injury caused him to not yet see action while with Atlanta after he was traded there by the Rockets in February.
We are a few weeks away from the start of the season! Let's go through the top 5 scoring players on each team, starting with the Atlanta Hawks!

Devonte’ Graham - Charlotte Hornets
After not seeing a whole lot of playing time as a rookie, Graham was arguably Charlotte’s best player in 2019-20. While his field goal accuracy left a little to be desired, he averaged 18.2 points and 7.5 assists.

Tim Hardaway Jr. - Dallas Mavericks
Hardaway Jr. proved to be an excellent third option for the Mavericks last season behind Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. He’s got a career-best 39.8 percent from three-point territory.
It's no secret that the sneaker game is very, very popular with NBA players. Today, @dallasmavs guard Tim Hardaway Jr. talked about his relationship with the Jumpman Brand.#Mavs @NBAhttps://t.co/gQkRk5LMMq pic.twitter.com/bFkEWsK7n6

Al Horford - Oklahoma City Thunder
Yes, Horford is coming off a disappointing season with the 76ers, but he just didn’t seem to be an on-court fit alongside Joel Embiid. The five-time All-Star should have more of an offensive role on a Thunder team that no longer has much of its scoring from last season.

Lauri Markkanen - Chicago Bulls
Just 23 years old, Markkanen is looking to rebound from what was the worst professional season of his three-year career. He will easily be a top-100 player if he can replicate his numbers from 2018-19 (18.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 36.1 three-point percentage).
Lauri Markkanen has noticed his draft class is getting contract extensions, but the Bulls forward said his attention is on bouncing back from a disappointing 2019-20 season and not on a new deal.https://t.co/2TWSZDm7He

Derrick Rose - Detroit Pistons
One of the top reserves in the league last season, Rose posted averages of 18.1 points and 5.6 assists for Detroit. The 2010-11 MVP is expected to come off the bench again as according to Real GM Basketball, head coach Dwayne Casey has said rookie Killian Hayes will start at point guard.

Julius Randle - New York Knicks
While he can try to force the action at times and wasn’t accurate from deep last season, Randle has still proven to produce. In the past two seasons, he has averaged 20.5 points and 9.2 rebounds.

Lou Williams - Los Angeles Clippers
A three-time Sixth Man of the Year winner, Williams remains instant offense off the bench. He also averaged a career-best 5.6 assists in 2019-20.
Asked Lou Williams about an offseason that's been unusual, both in its length and the fact he's been floated in trade rumors. He said he unplugged from basketball to be with family and didn't hear the noise. "I can't deal with things I can't control."

Kelly Oubre Jr. - Golden State Warriors
Oubre Jr. was acquired by the Warriors to help alleviate the blow of Klay Thompson’s season-ending injury. While he won’t quite replicate Thompson’s shooting stroke and defensive acumen, he still averaged 18.7 points and 6.4 rebounds for Phoenix last season.
