The second team consists of Tuukka Rask of the Boston Bruins, Alex Pietrangelo of the St.Louis Blues, Victor Hedman of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Brad Marchand of the Bruins, Nathan MacKinnon of the Colorado Avalanche, and Nikita Kucherov of the Lightning.

Tuukka Rask

Rask was 26-8-6 this season and posted a goals-against-average of .212 along with a save percentage of .929. He recorded five shutouts and was a finalist for the Vezina Trophy.

Victor Hedman

Hedman scored 11 goals and got 44 assists while posting a +/- rating of +27.

Brad Marchand

Known for his talent and getting under opponents' skin, Marchand got 87 points (28 goals and 59 assists) and 82 penalty minutes. He had a +/- rating of +25.

Nathan MacKinnon

If positions didn't matter, MacKinnon would for sure be on the first team. He scored 35 goals, got 58 assists, and took 318 shots on net. He also got a career-low 12 penalty minutes.

Nikita Kucherov

This season, Kucherov potted 33 goals in the net and got 52 assists while posing a +26 +/- rating and taking 210 shots on net.
