Josh Hader- RP

Surprisingly the Brewers are willing to listen to offers on Hader. In 61 games pitched in 2019, he pitched 75 2/3 innings with a 2.62 E.R.A., 138 strikeouts compared to 41 hits given up with an opponent average of .155 and notched 37 saves.

Carlos Martinez - P

Martinez pitched exclusively out of the bullpen in 2019. In his career, he's 58-40 with a 3.36 E.R.A. He's owed $23 million over the next two years and has a club option for $17 million in 2022 and $18 million in 2023.

Jose Martinez - 1B/RF

In 2019, Martinez had a down year by slashing .269/.340/.410. His career slash line is .298/.363/.458. Martinez would best be suited for an American League team with an opening at DH as he's a defensive liability. The Rays could be a fit.

4

Kris Bryant - 3B

Bryant slashed 282/.382/.521 with 31 HR. The Cubs may look to move Bryant to shed payroll and to make some changes. Bryant also has experience playing 1B and the corner outfield spots.

5

Willson Contreras - C

Executives around the league believe that Contreras is available as he would bring in a big haul to the Cubs very weak farm system if they made him available. Contreras slashed .272/.355/.533 with 24 HR in 2019.

6

Kyle Schwarber - OF

Schwarber had the best offensive season of his career as he hit a career-high 38 HR and brought in a career-high 92 RBIs. He'd be an ideal fit for an American League team in need of a DH as he's a liability defensively.

Ian Happ - 2B/OF

The Cubs could keep Happ as a bench bat or they could trade him for some minor league pieces. In his career at the big leagues, he's slashed .246/.340/.476 with 50 HR.

Robbie Ray - SP

The strikeout artist went 12-8 with 235 strikeouts and just 150 hits given up in 174 1/3 innings pitched.

9

Jeff Samardzija

After a solid season from Samardzija in 2019, the Giants may look to get rid of his contract in which he is owed $18 million for the 2020 season. Samardzija went 11-12 with a 3.52 E.R.A. In the case the Giants do trade him, they will probably have to eat a little bit of the money owed to him. [image source: Ian D'Andrea- Flickr]

10

Dominic Smith - 1B

Smith is blocked by Alonso in Queens so the Mets may look to move him and package him with one of Jeurys Familia ($22 million owed until 2021) or Jed Lowrie ($9 million owed in 2020). Smith slashed .282/.355/.525 in 2019.

12

Starling Marte - CF

As the Pirates are starting their rebuild, Marte is their most obvious trade chip. Marte slashed .295/.342/.503 with 23 HR and 25 SB in 2019. He's been linked to the Mets.

13

Chris Archer - SP

Archer had a disastrous tenure in Pittsburgh but teams may look to buy low on him in hopes that he rebounds. He has a club option attached to him for $11 million next season.

Keone Kela - RP

Teams may not want Kela as he's known to be a clubhouse cancer but his on field performance is pretty good. In 2019 he posted a 2.12 E.R.A. with an opponent average of .178. [image source: MLB- YouTube]

Charlie Blackmon - OF

Blackmon slashed .314/.364/.576 with 32 HR in 2019 but that came with very poor defense in the outfield.
