In seven seasons with the Pacers, George was named an All-Star four times, All-NBA Third Team member three times, and made an All-Defensive Team three times (one First Team, two Second Teams).
Danny Granger - First round, 17th overall (2005)
The 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons were Granger's best as he was named an All-Star in the former season and combined to average 25 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks in 129 games.
Dale Davis - First round, 13th overall (1991)
An All-Star in 1999-00, Davis played 10 seasons with Indiana ranking second all-time in franchise history with 6,006 rebounds and fifth with 904 blocks.
Antonio Davis - Second round, 45th overall (1990)
Davis had a productive six-year stint with Indiana mainly coming off the bench and posted averages of nine points along with 6.6 rebounds in 420 games with the team.
Lance Stephenson - Second round, 40th overall (2010)
A strong defender during his time with Indiana, Stephenson's best season came in 2013-14 when he averaged 13.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 4.6 assists.
Myles Turner - First round, 11th overall (2015)
Turner is one of the league's best interior defenders over his first four seasons, and he led the league with 2.7 blocks a contest in 2018-19. Yahoo Sports reported how he let his frustration known on Twitter after he was let off the All-Defensive Teams this season.
Al Harrington - First round, 25th overall (1998)
In 390 games with the Pacers, Harrington mostly played the role of instant offense off the bench averaging more than 12 points a night for three straight seasons from 2001-02 until 2003-04.
Travis Best - First round, 23rd overall (1995)
Best became an extra-reliable backup point guard with the Pacers, and his best season came in 2000-01 when he finished with career-best (no pun intended) averages of 11.9 points and 6.1 assists.
Austin Croshere - First round, 12th overall (1997)
Spending his first nine seasons with Indiana, Croshere averaged double figures in scoring during both the 1999-00 and 2000-01 seasons.
Fred Jones - First round, 14th overall (2002)
The 2004 Slam Dunk Contest champion, Jones averaged 10.6 points (career-high) for the Pacers in the 2004-05 season.
