The next team to look at in this series of top 10 draft choices since 1990 is the Indiana Pacers.

In order to make this list, the player must have been actually drafted by the Pacers. Only how the player performed while with Indiana is considered (while Kawhi Leonard was drafted by the Pacers, he was involved in a draft-day trade and never played for them). Where the player was selected can make a difference (if a 27th overall pick had about as much impact as a fifth overall pick, then the 27th overall pick will be higher.

Pacers draft selections were found at Basketball Reference.

1

Paul George - First round, 10th overall (2010)

In seven seasons with the Pacers, George was named an All-Star four times, All-NBA Third Team member three times, and made an All-Defensive Team three times (one First Team, two Second Teams).

2

Danny Granger - First round, 17th overall (2005)

The 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons were Granger's best as he was named an All-Star in the former season and combined to average 25 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks in 129 games.
