Yes, it's only spring but there were still some performances that hint at what might come when the regular season starts later this month.
Cubs had a good Saturday
Yeah, it's only Spring Training but the Chicago Cubs can be happy about winning two games by a combined 19-4 score on Saturday.
Two games, two wins!

Nico Hoerner is having himself a Spring
The young second baseman is a long shot to make the team out of the Spring this year, but he's doing everything he can to show he should. He's been on base eight straight times and was 2-for-2 with three RBI on Saturday.

Newest Cub not really impressing
Daniel Descalso is not having a good spring. He was 0-2 on Saturday and is now hitting just .125 for the Cubs. Here's hoping he's working out the kinks.

Kyle Schwarber is raking
If the Cubs are going to have a shot at the division, Kyle Schwarber is going to need to hit. So far so good as he's had a great spring. He went 2-for-3 with two RBI on Saturday and is hitting .438 this spring.

Jason Heyward leads off again
The Cubs are looking for a leadoff hitter and Heyward has done it a few times this spring. Unfortunately he went 0-for-2 and is hitting just over .200 this spring.
The #Cubs' roster has remained intact for a few years now, and Jason Heyward believes they have earned that. Do you agree? pic.twitter.com/yYo83fLkfd
