Week 17 of the NFL schedule brought the regular season to a close. It also brought several big matchups into the spotlight including the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings. Here are the six seeds for the NFL Playoffs in the NFC.

1

New Orleans Saints (13-3)

The Saints rested Brees for today's game in favor of backup Teddy Bridgewater. That led to a 33-14 loss to the Carolina Panthers, but it won't matter. New Orleans is the No. 1 seed for the NFC Playoffs.

2

Los Angeles Rams (13-3)

Los Angeles needed either a Bears' loss or to defeat the 49ers to clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC. They didn't leave it up to chance as they smashed the 49ers to make sure they have a bye for a week.

3

Chicago Bears (12-4)

The Chicago Bears closed out a successful 2018 with a win at Minnesota. That would've helped them grab the No. 2 seed, but the Rams defeated the 49ers. However, it helps the Philadelphia Eagles into the playoffs.

4

Dallas Cowboys (10-6)

The Cowboys didn't need a win on Sunday, but against the New York Giants? Why not gain some momentum? Dallas won a thrilling 36-35 game in New York as they head into the playoffs the No. 4 seed.

5

Seattle Seahawks (9-7)

Seattle picked up a last-second victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday as they head into the postseason. Seattle will start off with a game at the Dallas Cowboys for the Wild Card round.

6

Philadelphia Eagles (9-7)

The Eagles needed to defeat the Redskins. They did that, 24-0. Then, they needed Chicago to beat the Vikings. The Bears did that, 24-10. Next up? The Eagles get to visit the team that helped them get in the playoffs. It's the Eagles vs. Bears in the Wild Card round.
