Giselle Bryant just wrapped up another season of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” and the dramatic reunion will play out this Sunday. Before the season began, Gizelle was often wrapped up in drama in relation to a co-star, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, because she kept talking about who she was dating. This was a problem since Jackson Jordan was technically still married to her husband Eddie.
Bryant’s tagline for “The Real Housewives of Potomac” is that she's always the word on the street, but it sounds like she's the word on the street for all the wrong reasons.
She's now dishing the dirt on her co-stars – without their permission. According to a new Bravo report, it sounds like she wants people to know that Ashley Darby’s marriage is still in trouble to this day.
Is Ashley's marriage truly over?
On this past season of “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” Ashley Darby's marriage to Michael was in trouble, as he struggled to agree on what to do with the restaurant. Michael claimed that it was his restaurant and that Ashley was just an employee. He believes he’s in full control of the restaurant and she just needs to abide by his rules.
Ashley feels like he is telling her what to do and he isn't letting her explore different options for the restaurant, including how to make it profitable.
When she hosted an event for bloggers where they could give their honest feedback on some of the food, he almost shut it down because he wasn't in control of the event.
It has been months since that event took place and Gizelle gave an update on how things are looking in Ashley’s marriage. Gizelle hinted that the restaurant will probably stay open longer than the marriage will last, and that the restaurant is still struggling, saying everyone's wants chicken wings instead of the emu that's been served.
Could money tear them apart?
Of course, one of the main struggles of the restaurant is that people want more Americanized food, but Michael wants to keep it authentic with this Australian food. Ashley tried to tell him that they needed to meet halfway, but he was hesitant to listen. Gizelle Bryant is now hinting that the marriage probably won't last because they can't agree on anything.
It'll be interesting to see what happens in their marriage if the two return for the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Potomac.”
