After another week of football action, NFL analyst Elliot Harrison released the week 5 Power Rankings for the National Football League. This list contains the teams from the 13th spot down to the 19th spot in the power rankings.

For the first time since 2014, the New England Patriots are out of the top ten after losing to the Carolina Panthers. While the Los Angeles Rams have finally cracked the top ten for the first time after they defeated the Dallas Cowboys.

13. Houston Texans (2-2)

The Houston Texans dominated the Tennessee Titans 57-14. Rookie quarterback DeShaun Watson threw four touchdowns and one interception and completed 25 out of 34 passes, he also rushed for one touchdown.

Texans' wide DeAndre Hopkins received ten passes for 107 yards and scored one touchdown. Kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn also scored 15 points as he made all his three field goal attempts and converted six out of seven extra point attempts.

14. Seattle Seahawks (2-2)

The Seattle Seahawks stomped the Indianapolis Colts 46-18. Seahawks' quarterback Russell Wilson completed 21 out of 26 passes for 295 yards; Wilson also threw one touchdown and two interceptions while rushing for another one touchdown.

15. New Orleans Saints (2-2)

The New Orleans Saints shut out the Miami Dolphins 20-0 to move up to a 2-2 win/loss record. Quarterback Drew Brees threw two touchdowns and completed 29 out of 41 passes for 268 yards.

Defensive end Cameron Jordan was able to sack Dolphins' quarterback Jay Cutler and force a fumble.

16. Tennessee Titans (2-2)

The Tennessee Titans are the biggest droppers in week four. The Titans' defense played poorly against the Texans' rookie quarterback DeShaun Watson who was able to put up five touchdowns.

Both Titans' quarterback Marcus Mariota and Matt Cassel threw two interceptions each and completed only 10 out of 20 passes for 117 yards in total.

17. Minnesota Vikings (2-2)

The Minnesota Vikings lost to the Detroit Lions 7-14. Vikings' wide receiver Stefon Diggs received 5 passes for 98 yards and was among the leaders in receiving in week four of the 2017 NFL regular season.

Quarterback Case Keenum threw 30 passes and completed 16 for 219 yards.

18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers managed to come out with the win in a close contest against the New York Giants. Quarterback Jameis Winston threw three touchdowns while completing 22 out of 38 passes for 332 yards. He was also sacked one time.

19. Dallas Cowboys (2-2)

The Dallas Cowboys struggled to defend against the Los Angeles Rams' run offense. It is also important to note that Cowboys' linebacker Sean Lee was out against the Rams.

Running back Ezekiel Elliot rushed for 85 yards on 21 carries, wide receiver Dez Bryant was also able to receive five passes for 98 yards. Cowboys' quarterback Dak Prescott threw three touchdowns and one interception while completing 20 out of 36 passes for 252 yards.
