Professional tennis player Serena Williams on Friday gave birth to a Baby Girl with fiance Alexis Ohanian. Her co-athletes and others sports superstars tweeted their greetings to the new mom.

Rafael Nadal, who is also an internationally acclaimed tennis player like Williams, congratulated her on her successful labor. He tweeted, “Congrats, Serena! So much joy for you!” Nadal is a Spanish athlete and is currently ranked first in men’s single.

French tennis coach and sports commentator Patrick Mouratoglou also sent his greetings to the female athlete.

He tweeted his congratulations and added how happy he is for her. He wished her luck during her recovery and told her to enjoy without any limits.

Mouratoglou was rumored as the boyfriend of Williams back in 2015. He has coached her as she attempted to break the Grand Slam title record, and make history in the world of tennis, a previous report in Franchise Herald said.

The official Twitter account of the United States Open also sent their best wishes. They sent the tennis superstar love from her friends and family at the U.S. Open.

Not only did the athletes expressed their happiness over Serena Williams’ new little bundle of joy, but showbiz celebrities also showed their love.

First on the long list of social media greetings was that of Beyonce.

The international singer posted on her official Instagram account a photo and graphics of the tennis player with the baby bump, with the text that read, “Congratulations, Serena!” Beyonce is one of the closest friends of Williams.

Actress and comedian Sandra Bernhard said it is a great day for the athlete, now that her first baby has arrived.

She tweeted, “Mazel tov to the wonderful Serena Williams on the birth of her daughter. What a great day!” Other greetings came from Wendy Williams, Boris Becker, Sabine Lisicki, and more.

Alexis Ohanian

Her fiance, Alexis Ohanian is a businessman, best-selling author, and the co-founder of Reddit.

He has been working with Reddit for 12 years, and has been the managing manager of Initialized Capital since 2011, his LinkedIn profile said.

His profile also revealed that he has worked as a Pizza Hut waiter once in his life. He said waiting tables was a great experience because it emphasizes customer service, which is what he does for the companies he is leading today. Williams is wishing for her baby girl to grow up to be the same strong woman that she is, CNBC reported.
