Everton boss Ronald Koeman remains keen on adding a striker to his squad and would welcome a loan arrangement for Chelsea out of favor striker Diego Costa. Still, in England, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has insisted the club has done all they can to make signings in the summer transfer window. They also hinted that there could be more activity at Anfield before next week's deadline, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has refused to sign a new contract as he plots his exit from Arsenal ahead of the transfer deadline next Thursday.

Costa is welcome to join Everton, says koeman

According to the Guardian, Everton is willing to sign Chelsea out of favor striker Diego Costa this summer. It is suggested a temporary solution may be to send Diego Costa, who has two years left on his current contract, on loan and while Ronald Koeman is not certain if that is an option, he did reveal his admiration for the player. When asked about a possible loan for Costa, Koeman said: “I don't know, I always say a warm welcome for every good players, and he is a good player no doubt.” Diego Costa is agitating for a move away from Chelsea and a return to former club Atletico Madrid, but the Spanish club remain under a transfer “embargo” preventing them from signing in new players until January 2018.

Klopp satisfied with Liverpool's recruitment?

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has insisted the club has done enough to make important signings and could bring in new players this week. However, Liverpool have been one of the “quieter clubs” in the whole EPL this summer, with young striker Dominic Solanke, Andrew Robertson and winger Mohamed Saleh the only players being bought in.

The Red Merseysiders have so far been frustrated in their pursuits of Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk and RB Leipzig's Naby Keita due to respective clubs' reluctance to sell their prized assets. The Premier League club only have until next week to sign in new players ahead of their return to the Champions League this season.

Chelsea and Liverpool leads chase to sign Chamberlain

According to Arse Blog, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is unwilling to sign a new deal at Arsenal as he plots his departure from the Emirates this summer. Both Chelsea and Liverpool are said to be interested in the midfielder and are ready to make an offer for the 24-year-old. It is suggested Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger will tell the England midfielder whether he can leave in the next 24 hours, and should the answer be yes, both Chelsea and Liverpool are sure to approach Arsenal with offers in the coming days.
