Watford, her to make offer for Lazar Markovic

The 23-year-old has been told he is free to leave Liverpool this summer window, and he has been linked with a move to Watford Football Club and Fiorentina, according to Harrow Times.

However, Watford Football Club boss Marco Silva has now revealed that the club is yet to make any formal bid for Lazar Markovic despite the “mounting” speculations hitting the media. Silva said: “Of course, you know the truth is we did do nothing about Lazar Markovic as well.” Lazar Markovic shone under Marco Silva the last term while on loan at Hull City Football Club, and it was rumored the pair would link-up again at Watford Football Club this summer.

Stephan Lichtsteiner agrees to join OGC Nice

According to Football Italia, the 33-year-old defender has finally agreed to personal terms with French Ligue 1 club OGC Nice. Stephan Lichtsteiner, who has one year left on his current deal at Juventus, was said to have been linked with a move to Chelsea Football Club this summer window, but he now looks set to join OGC Nice after agreeing on personal wages with the French Club.

Stefan Lichtsteiner has temporarily given the nod to a two-year deal, with an option for a third. OGC Nice must now agree on a transfer fee with Juve, and they're confident a deal can be finalized in the coming days for around $10.5million.

Inter Milan unwilling to sell Ivan Perisic this summer

Before last Saturday's preseason friendly match against Chelsea Football Club in Singapore, Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti said he strongly opposed the prospect of winger Ivan Perisic leaving San Siro this summer.

Spalletti told inter.it: “There has been more contact in the past few weeks. So for me, I think the conversation is over. The more days that go by, the tougher it becomes for us to replace Perisic and therefore I would vehemently oppose his departure away from the club.”
