New York-based Independent wrestling star James "Rude Boy" Riley was arrested after authorities discovered a "stash" of pornographic images that included children under the age of 18, some as young as infants. Riley was officially arraigned on charges of promotion and possession of a sexual performance by a child after images reportedly from Riley's iPhone were uploaded to Google and photo sharing site Tumblr. The 25-year-old Riley was arrested by the NYPD Computer Crimes Unit.

New York Assistant District Attorney Josh Freeman told the presiding judge that Riley had, in not so many words, admitted to obtaining, uploading and sharing the images police found.

'BloodyMania III' claim to fame

"Rude Boy" saw, what may have been his biggest accomplishment, being part of The Insane Clown Posse's "Juggalo Championship Wrestling BloodyMania III" in 2009 where Riley fought wrestling legend Abdullah the Butcher in what was to be Abdullah's retirement match.

"Rude Boy," who has been a professional wrestler for the last ten years, was featured as part of the Warriors of Wrestling promotion.

Riley's activities go as far back as 2014 according to the criminal complaint filed. It was on or around this time that Riley allegedly uploaded at least nine images depicting children younger than 16 involved in a sexual performance to his Google account and then later to Tumblr.

At least two appearances by Riley have been cancelled and his place of employment, Orangetheory Fitness, had no comment on the matter, nor did any of his family members. "Rude Boy," does not, as of yet, have a court date set.

Riley not alone in perversion

John "Rude Boy" Riley is not the only professional wrestler to have involved himself in sexual activity involving a child.

In 2014 former AWA star "Rock&Roll" Buck Zhumhofe was sentenced to a term of more than 25 years for molesting and engaging in a sexual relationship with his daughter. Zhumhofe, before being convicted of this crime, had two prior convictions for sexual misconduct.

"Nightmare" Ken Wayne, who was part of one of the most popular and heralded tag teams along with "Nightmare" Danny Davis in the mid-south area, was convicted and sentenced to 20 years for possession of child pornography.
