With another season drawing closer to an end, the Premier League Transfer rumor mill begins to gather more interest as the summer transfer window comes closer to reopening. Now, with more money than ever available for clubs competing in the Premier League, everyone from Chelsea down to Sunderland will be starting to consider their options for next season. Here are today's Premier League transfer rumors.

Chelsea, to swoop on Everton stars?

According to The Daily Telegraph, current league leaders Chelsea are looking to raid Everton with a joint £100 million ($122 million) for England midfielder Ross Barkley and want-away striker Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku announced earlier this week that he would not be signing a new contract with Everton citing a lack of trophies and ambition in the transfer market as his main reasons for not putting pen to paper on a new deal. Lukaku joined Everton in July 2014 for a club record fee of £28 million ($34 million), he is one of only five players to have scored 50 Premier League goals before his 23rd birthday and is currently the league's joint top goal scorer with 19 for the season.

Diego Costa to leave Stamford Bridge?

The Sun reports that Chelsea will free up funds to bring Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge by selling top scorer Diego Costa in the summer. Chinese side Tianjin Quanjian offered over £75 million ($85 million) in January for the Spain international, but manager Antonio Conte did not want the Brazilain-born striker to leave midway through the Premier League campaign.

Reports suggest that if Costa does leave England for China in the summer that the transfer could see him become one of the highest paid players in world Soccer, earning upwards of £570,000 ($700,000) a week.

Man Utd looking towards Scottish Premier League for Ibrahimovic replacement?

As multiple reports continue to suggest that Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be swapping the Premier League for Major League Soccer next year, The Independent reports that Manchester United could be set to sign £30 million ($37 million) rated Celtic star Moussa Dembele as a replacement for the Swede.

The 20-year old Dembele only joined Celtic in the summer for a fee thought to be around £500,000 ($620,000); however, the Frenchman's impressive displays at Parkhead this season have grabbed the attention of several Premier League sides after scoring 17 goals in 26 appearances for the Glasgow-based side. Chelsea is also rumored to be interested in the striker's signature.
