For most of the 2000s, the world has known that Paris Hilton is more just than a hotel in France and the real-life superstar has no plans to change that fact.

The newly engaged reality star has stated to The Blast that she will not give up the invaluable “Hilton” surname when she ties the knot with her actor-model beau Chris Zylka in 2018. The loved-up 36 year old insists that she will still be traditional by adding her husband's last name to her own.

The soon to be hyphenated blonde became engaged to Chris over the Christmas break in 2017 after a two-year courtship.

The couple announced their happy news via Instagram and Paris has enjoyed showing off her 20-carat diamond ever since. The former “Everybody Hates Chris” star proposed to the former “The Simple Life” star in Aspen, Colorado during a family skiing vacation.

From wild socialite to blushing bride

Paris Hilton made a name for herself in the early 2000s as one of Hollywood’s wildest children. She burst onto the scene with an infamous sex tape and turned it into a paparazzi-fueled career of partying, scandals and a billion-dollar perfume empire.

As the star of “The Simple Life” with former BFF Nicole Richie, Paris traveled around America trying to live a normal life but behind the scenes, she was anything but ordinary.

Famous for her families wealth and extravagance, she caught many men’s attention and was always front page news while flaunting her flings with the likes of Backstreet boy Nick Carter, footballer Christiano Ronaldo and Oscar winner Jared Leto.

This isn’t even her first engagement. In 2005 she said “yes” but not “I Do” to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis.

However, as the betrothal came at the height of her fame, she ended the relationship before walking down the aisle and explained she wasn’t yet ready for marriage.

The Hilton family heirs

Now more than ready to become Mrs. Hilton-Zylka, Paris has also expressed a burning desire to become a mother. When she does finally hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet, she won’t be the first Hilton heiress to add to the family tree.

Sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild is already a mother of two, welcoming her second daughter Teddy in December 2017. The younger heiress, 34, is married to banking heir James Rothschild and was already enjoying motherhood with one-year-old Lily-Grace.

But before the baby comes the wedding, and the Paris Hilton nuptials are sure to be one of the glitziest events in Hollywood.
