Lamar Odom has finally accepted the fact that he and Khloe Kardashian will never be together again. The former NBA star recently revealed that the only way that he can fully recover from his troubled past is to let go of his ex-wife. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star was reportedly overjoyed after learning the news that the former athlete was doing better.
Lamar Odom recently recently paid a visit to “The Wendy Williams Show” and he shared some things that proved he is ready to move forward. The 37-year-old retired professional basketball player looked a lot healthier than the last time he was spotted on camera and he seemed emotionally stable as he even opened up about his failed marriage with Khloe Kardashian.

“That would be the best for both of us - to keep our distance,” Lamar Odom told Wendy Williams. He then noted that he wasn’t aiming to hurt his ex-wife by saying that, but he truly believe now that it is the only way to help him heal and move on.
When asked about Khloe Kardashian’s new love Tristan Thompson, Lamar Odom had nothing but nice things to say about the reality star’s current romance saying, “They seem happy together. Good for them.”
Despite the failure of their marriage, Lamar Odom described his ex-wife as a "beautiful person, inside and out."
Khloe Kardashian was by his side during his infamous overdose at a Nevada Love Ranch back in 2015.
Although they were already separated at the time, Khloe did everything to keep him alive.

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian is reportedly glad after learning about Lamar Odom’s new interview. The 33-year-old television personality, businesswoman, and entrepreneur just recently celebrated her birthday and knowing that her ex-husband is doing a lot better is definitely like a present to her.
“Khloe is so happy right now there is no room in her heart for any anger,” a source told HollywoodLife. “She totally forgives Lamar and is thrilled that he’s doing so well again.”
After her nasty divorce from Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian has been bombarded with engagement rumors after she was spotting rocking a ring on that particular finger. The “KUWTK” has previously noted that although she is happier than ever with Tristan Thompson, she is not rushing things right now which is a hard lesson that she learned from her previous marriage.
