Netflix has officially released its May lineup, and “twin peaks,” “house of cards,” and “Master of None” are the most prominent shows.
With the passage of time, the streaming giant has started developing original content. Some big-budget series will also be aired this month, including "House of Cards," "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," "In the Shadow of Iris," “Heritage Falls,” and "The Day After Tomorrow." We can easily assume that the month of May will bring a lot of exciting television shows for Netflix fans.
‘Twin Peaks’
“Twin Peaks” is a modern American drama developed by David Lynch and produced by Mark Frost.
It was first premiered in April 1990, on ABC, and is returning to Netflix this month. The story revolves around an FBI agent, Dale (Kyle MacLachlan), who is investigating the murder of Palmer (Sheryl Lee) in Los Angeles.
During his investigations, Dale observes that supernatural powers are present at Palmer’s house. After the success of “Twin Peaks,” a movie, “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me,” was released in 2014. Peggy Lipton, Jack Nance, Ray Wise, Kimmy Robertson, Harry Goaz, Russ Tamblyn, and Wendy Robie play the supporting characters.
