After seeing "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," we are left with so many unanswered questions
The movie left with so many questions that, I can't help to think that there is more than meets the eye with Kylo Ren and Rey. During the movie, we see Kylo Ren and Rey telepathically communicating through the force, feeling and seeing each other's truth. They even put a scene into this telepathic communication before Luke and Leia have an identical telepathic conversation.
We are not told who Rey's parents are even though Kylo Ren touches on it, it seems as though he is lying only to weaken Rey's focus and disrupt her abilities.
Here is a bit of a background to my theory
In the Star War's original comics Han and Leia have three children and two of which are twins, a boy, and a girl. Just like Luke and Leia these twins have such abilities and are one with the force. Their names are Jaina and Jacen Solo, Jaina like Rey is a Jedi and pilot taking after her father Han and her Uncle Luke. Jacen trained to be a Jedi besides Jaina but eventually falls to the dark side much like Kylo Ren. She ends up killing her twin brother in order to save the Galactic Alliance. Although the names are different, I feel as though Ben and Rey are twins.
Looking at pictures of Jaina and Rey side by side shows a striking resemblance.
So, my overall theory is that Ben and Rey are twins
Just like when Leia and Luke were born, I believe that Leia had problems with the birth and lost consciousness. Maybe Han was not there during the birth and that's they have been fighting all of these years later?
Maybe Leia believes she "lost" the other baby. But in all reality, the twin girl was kidnapped and sold/traded for money. Maybe this is why Rey doesn't remember her parents; perhaps this is also why Rey had that connection with Ahch-To and felt as though she has seen it before. This also explains the telepathic connection between Ben and Rey just like Luke and Leia.
Rey also has green eyes just like Han and Luke. Also, the ship in Rey's flashback has been compared to Luke Skywalker's shuttle from the comics. Making it seem as though Luke had a part in Rey's disappearance.
There is so much that we do not know
Why does Kylo Ren hate his dad so much? Is he a part of the reason Ben turned into Kylo Ren? How did Kylo Ren come in contact with Snoke? All and all we will not know until the new episode comes out.
