Leicester City are making progress on a deal to sign Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho this summer. Elsewhere, Juventus are ready to flog Arsenal target Juan Cuardado in order to sign Federico Bernardeschi. Meanwhile, Arsenal have had a bid turned down for German Whizkid Aymen Barkok. Here's a complete report of the latest transfer updates Making The Rounds:

Leicester City willing to sign Kelechi Iheanacho

Kelechi Iheanacho started just five EPL games for Manchester City last term but is still expected to cost Leicester around $32.3m, according to the Telegraph.

The 20-year-old Nigeria international scored seven goals in all competitions last season, having scored double that amount in his debut season at the Etihad Stadium. Kelechi Iheanacho was once seen as a first team star in the making but, having matured rapidly under former City manager Manuel Pellegrini, he found limited opportunities after the arrival of Pep Guardiola. The arrival of Gabriel Jesus from Brazilian club Palmeiras “shunted” him down the pecking order at the Etihad, while rumors of Sergio Aguero leaving didn't materialize to leave few opportunities for the Nigerian striker.

West Ham United had also been heavily linked with the 20-year-old striker, but Leicester City has moved to the front of the queue.

However final details aren't thought to be finalized yet.

Juventus willing to sell Cuardado

It has apparently emerged that former Fiorentina and Chelsea winger Juan Cuardado is a new target for Arsenal, who've already smashed their transfer budget in order to sign Alexandre Lacazette this summer. And now Juventus will be willing to sell Cuardado to fund their own transfer activity with Federico Bernardeschi top of their wish list, according to Goal.

It is only 2 months since Juventus paid Chelsea $22.6million to make the Colombia international loan move permanent, but they now expect to make a “hefty profit” on him. Juventus are now said to be demanding around $40million from the Gunners or whoever else “fancies” their chances of signing the 29-year-old winger before the summer transfer window shuts.

Juan Cuardado will have “mixed memories” of the Premier League having failed to establish himself at Stamford Bridge following his arrival from Fiorentina in 2015. The Colombia international managed just four EPL starts for Chelsea before his move to Juventus and may now fancy his chances of another “crack” at the Premier League.

Arsenal keen on luring Aymen Bartok

Arsenal is willing to get their transfer business done early this summer and have already secured both Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette. They're now keen to sign Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Aymen Bartok. The north London club have reportedly been monitoring the German teen star throughout his debut Bundesliga season, during which he played eighteen times and netted two goals from his midfield role.

According to Metro, an initial formal bid from Arsenal which was below $12.9million has been turned down by Eintracht Frankfurt. However, it has been suggested that the German Club are bracing up themselves for another approach for the 19-year-old midfielder, who's currently away with the Germany U-19s.
