I bring with me a long and extensive knowledge when it comes to customer service, research, data entry and writing. I have been working with the business process outsource industry for the last 9 years primarily handling financial accounts that involves intensive problem solving and decision making. During the course of my career, I am able to develop my skills in prioritizing multiple demands and responding to changing priorities. Moreover, I graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas taking up Bachelor of Arts Major in Literature.
