With the regular season just a little over a month away, we have been taking a look at the projected starters at each position. After looking at all the closers, let’s now take the starting rotations in the American League.
As a subjective list, many of the teams can almost be considered interchangeable as to where they are ranked. Left-handed starters are designated as such. Depth charts were taken from Fangraphs.
Rays - Charlie Morton, Blake Snell (L), Tyler Glasnow, Yonny Chirinos, Ryan Yarbrough (L)
Better health from Glasnow and Snell returning to his 2018 AL Cy Young form will make this rotation even more formidable than it already is.

Rangers - Corey Kluber, Mike Minor (L), Lance Lynn, Kyle Gibson, Jordan Lyles
If we see a Kluber similar to 2014-18 (2.85 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, two AL Cy Youngs), then Texas may possess the best top-three in the game with Kluber, Minor, and Lynn.
2-time Cy Young winner Corey Kluber has 'a lot to prove' in Texas.
