"Hanna" - 2011

Young leads in action films are always a hit or miss, but "Hanna" hits all the right marks. Hanna appears to be your average teen, but in reality was trained to be an assassin. Her father is an ex-CIA agent with a secret. When she tells him she is ready, she turns on a tracker that signals the CIA to her location. This starts a global cat-and-mouse game across the world.

"Inception" - 2010

While this movie was released a decade ago, fans are still trying to wrap their heads around what really happened at the end. The main character is able to enter people's subconscious and steal secrets for corporations. He eventually lands on a list of fugitives.

"Edge of Tomorrow" - 2014

Hollywood action star Tom Cruise teams up with Emily Blunt in a sci-fi action flick in which aliens have attacked earth. Tom Cruise's character is stuck in a time-loop, where he is eventually able to learn more information on how to defeat the enemy. Blunt could be considered more of a badass than Cruise in this film.

"Kingsman: The Secret Service" - 2014

Taron Egerton proved his value, when he debuted in "Kingsman," and showed he had the presence to keep an action film alive. The film has become a popular franchise and will soon include a prequel film scheduled to release early next year.

"Atomic Blonde" - 2017

Charlize Theron is undercover MI6 agent who travels to Cold War Germany after the murder of fellow MI6 agent. She is forced to track down a list that includes the names of every British spy. The closer she gets, the deadlier her surroundings become. She steals the spotlight every time she's on screen.
