Oakland Raiders WR Tyrell Williams
If you've watched "Hard Knocks," then you know that Tyrell Williams has been a beast in practice. He's caught just one pass for 27 yards in preseason, but will serve as the top target for Derek Carr with Brown out in week 1. He's the best direct replacement for Antonio Brown.

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk
We don't know what exactly Kirk will be capable of this season, but he managed to produce several decent fantasy weeks last year. With a real quarterback in Kyler Murray, Kirk could easily have a good showing in week 1 against the Detroit Lions.
Who can breakout in 2019?
— The Action Network (@ActionNetworkHQ) August 30, 2019
+ Christian Kirk had 43 rec. as a rookie in 2018.
+ 50+ rookie WRs drafted since 2008 have had 40+ rec.
+ In Year 2, those players collectively averaged 60 catches, 818 yards and 5.5 touchdowns...https://t.co/VuMk8iUPDG
Pittsburgh Steelers WR James Washington
Last season, both Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster were top ten fantasy wide receivers. This year, Antonio Brown isn't in Pittsburgh. Those targets have to go to someone, and Washington looks like the beneficiary after a good training camp and preseason.
