The 2019 Golden Globe Awards took place Sunday night and left many in shock over being snubbed. Some of the winners included "Bohemian Rhapsody" and Netflix's "The Kominsky Method." However, there are some losers that deserve some recognition, such as Lady Gaga and Julia Roberts.

1

'Crazy Rich Asians'

While earning two nominations, they were beat out by "Green Book" and "The Favourite."

2

'The Good Place'

NBC's "The Good Place" has become one of the highest praised comedies on television today, but awards continue to elude the comedy. Both Kristen Bell and the series missed out on a Golden Globe.

3

'A Star is Born' - Lady Gaga

Many believed Lady Gaga was a shoe-in to go home with multiple Golden Globes, thanks to her amazing performance and songwriting. She ended up losing Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture to Glenn Close. "A Star is Born" also lost best drama to "Bohemian Rhapsody."

4

'Homecoming'

The Amazon Prime series failed to snag any award. It received nominations for Best TV Drama and Leading Actress

5

'The Handmaid's Tale'

"The Handmaid's Tale" was completely shut out from awards this year, after winning big at last year's Golden Globes. Hulu's original series ended up being snubbed in nominations too.
