At least one commenter hoped not as the "sloppy" guy was flashing his underwear. The "boyfriend's" mysterious response left people laughing but even more confused about the Mystery Man.

Reality television viewers have tried to link the popular Jana Duggar with various men. It bugs some fans that pedophile Josh Duggar is happily married and that Jill Duggar Dillard, Jessa Duggar Seewald, Jinger Duggar Vuolo, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth and Joe Duggar all wed before their older sis.
"Counting On" matchmakers have previously cast Tim Tebow, Jonathan Hartono and Lawson Bates as Jana's groom. So when a cute male was seen with the Duggars, Internet yente got busy planning the "19 Kids and Counting" nuptials.
