The Los Angeles Rams have decided to bolster their defensive line depth weeks after Dominique Easley's injury by signing Tyrunn Walker. Meanwhile, their NFC West rivals have also made moves. The Seattle Seahawks made a trade to help boost their offensive line, while the San Francisco 49ers also signed a veteran defensive lineman.

Rams signs Walker

The Los Angeles Rams signed Tyrunn Walker, who they originally signed back in March and released in June. He was released since he was dealing with accusations of sexual assault stemming from an incident in February.

Earlier this month a grand jury decided to not bring charges against him, citing a lack of evidence.

The 27-year-old is entering his sixth season in the NFL, having previously played three years with the New Orleans Saints and two with the Detroit Lions. He has played in 42 games in his career, starting 13 of them. Walker has 63 total tackles, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

Seahawks execute trade with Eagles

On Monday, the Seattle Seahawks made a move to beef up their offensive line in the wake of starting left tackle George Fant tearing his ACL. The team acquired offensive lineman Matt Tobin and a 2018 seventh-round pick from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a 2018 fifth-round pick.

Tobin spent his first four seasons in the league with the Eagles, after having been signed as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa. He has played in 42 games and started 21 of them in his career. In 2015 he started 13 games but only started in one last season. Tobin has only started games playing the guard position but has filled in at tackle.

He is expected to compete for playing time at the vacant left tackle position along with Rees Odhiambo, Ethan Pocic and maybe Tyrus Thompson.

49ers sign Sen'Derrick Marks

The San Francisco 49ers signed veteran defensive lineman Sen'Derrick Marks. He will face a difficult battle to make the team's roster as he was signed to add depth due to minor injuries to DeForest Buckner and Ronald Blair.

The 30-year-old Marks have played eight seasons in the league, four with the Tennessee Titans and four with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He had played in 103 career games and started 61 of them, being a full-time starter in 2012 with the Titans and then from 2013-14 with the Jaguars. For his career, Marks has 203 total tackles, 19 sacks, five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and one interception.
