Premier League side Chelsea are ready to splash the cash on Torino forward Andrea Belotti by submitting a huge fee offer in the coming days. In Italy, Inter Milan are on the cusp of tying up a $22.6million deal for Liverpool and Arsenal target Dalbert. Elsewhere, in France, Ligue 1 side Metz could bring an end to Emmanuel Riviere's Newcastle nightmare, while Arsenal are set to reignite their interest in Udinese star Jakub Jankto this summer. Here's a complete report of the latest transfer updates Making The Rounds:

Chelsea willing to spend big on Andrea Belotti

Chelsea are “frantically” searching for a new striker ahead of the new season after missing-out on Romelu Lukaku to fellow EPL side Manchester United last week.

The Blues boss Antonio Conte had wanted to sign Lukaku as an ideal replacement for Diego Costa, who is “itching” close for a move back to Atletico Madrid. Now, after losing the chase for the Belgian striker, Chelsea need to act fast and, according to Metro, the Stamford Bridge outfit are preparing to make a “huge offer” for Torino star Andrea Belotti. Belotti astonishingly shone in Italy last term, and he ended up the Serie A campaign scoring twenty-six goals. Andrea Belotti can leave Torino for a foreign club side this summer if only his buy-out clause of $113.7million is met, and the report in Metro claims the EPL champions are willing to submit a formal bid close to that sum in the coming days.

Inter Milan set to sign Dalbert

Dalbert enjoyed a fine debut season in France last term with OGC Nice, and he's ready to move on this summer window. OGC Nice had been holding out for someone to pay the 23-year-old defender's $33.9million buy-out clause as the likes of Liverpool, Inter Milan and Arsenal were all interested in his service.

However, interest from the Premier League duo has now “cooled” and, according to DailyStar, the 23-year-old fullback will now head to Inter Milan for a medical this week. Inter Milan are reportedly on the verge of “rubber stamping” that transfer fee with OGC Nice and with Dalbert due to fly out to Italy for his medical. Even though they've apparently failed to gain Dalbert's full buy-out clause, OGC Nice are still set to make a “huge profit” after coughing out just $1.29million to sign Dalbert last year from Portuguese side Vitoria de Guimaraes.

Riviere set to leave Newcastle this summer

Emmanuel Riviere is looking to “relaunch” his ailing soccer career after enduring a “torrid” three year spells with Newcastle United. The 27-year-old was sent out on loan to Spanish La Liga club Osasuna last term but struggled much to make an impact in Spain. However, according to Newcastle Toons, French Ligue 1 side Metz are considering a move for the Newcastle United out of favor player and are ready to provide the striker with the chance to “reignite” his soccer career. Surprisingly, Emmanuel Riviere has not featured for Newcastle since March 2016 and has apparently managed to score just three-goals in twenty appearances since joining the Magpies from AS Monaco in 2014.

Arsenal keen on Jankto move

Arsenal have been monitoring the progress of Jakub Jankto over the past year but are yet to lodge a formal bid for the 21-year-old. It was thought that they might have moved onto other targets but the promising midfielder is still very much on their radar, according to Dailystar. It is suggested that there's a minimum fee buy-out clause set at around $7.7million which would represent good value for somebody who would start as a “squad player” for them. The Gunners have made an “unusually” early-start to their transfer dealings so far this summer window with both Alexandre Lacazette and Sead Kolasinac already through the door. And now Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could be keen on making the Czech their third signing of this summer window.
