Sebastian Lletget notched the USMNT's first goal on Friday night against Honduras but was later forced to leave the match in the 19th minute with a serious left-foot injury. On Saturday, the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) announced that Sebastian Lletget, along with three other players have departed the US national team camp.

What's the name of the other three players?

The other three players that also departed Bruce Arena's camp are Michael Orozco, John Brooks, and Jordan Morris. John Brooks has been dealing with a sinus infection and was substituted out of the game against Honduras in the 71st minute, while Jordan Morris sustained a right ankle injury and Michael Orozco suffered a right knee injury, though, it was reported that the three players had already been suffering from these injuries before being called up to the USMNT camp for the 2018 World Cup qualifying round.

As a result of this devastating development, Club Tijuana forward Paul Arriola was promptly added to the USMNT roster ahead of Tuesday's World Cup encounter with Panama.

Presently, the USMNT roster now comprises 23 players ahead of Tuesday clash in Panama city. The USMNT lie in the fourth place of the Hex standings after Friday night 6-0 demolition over Costa Rica and could leapfrog ahead of Panama into third place if only they come out with a win. Will this task be possible?
