Game developers usually prefer to launch their biggest gaming titles in the month of October, which marks the beginning of the last quarter of every year. There are a couple of major titles lined up this for this October as well, especially in the second half of the month.
Some of the games which got rolled out in the first week of the month include “Battle Chasers: Nightwar” for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC, “Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen” for PS4 and Xbox One, “Forza Motorsport 7” for Xbox One and Windows PC, “A Hat in Time” for Windows PC, “Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone's Conspiracy” for Nintendo 3DS), and “Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions” for Nintendo 3DS, VG24/7 reported.
Games due for release this week
We have compiled a list of gaming titles that are due for release this week. “Middle-Earth: Shadow of War,” which is getting released on Tuesday, October 10, is undoubtedly one of the most highly-anticipated games of the year.
Some of the other games that will go live on Tuesday are “Always Sometimes Monsters” for PS4, “88 Heroes: 98 Heroes Edition” for Nintendo Switch, Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online for PS4, “The Invisible Hours” for PSVR, “Echo” for PS4, “Fort Defense,” “Radial-G: Racing Revolved” for PSVR, , “Touhou Kobuto 5: Burst Battle” for PS4, Nintendo Switch and Vita, “Raid: World War 2” for Xbox One and PS4, “Squareboy vs. Bullies: Arena Edition” for Vita, “Raw Data VR” for PSVR, “Tiny Barbarian DX” for Switch, “Raiden 5: Director’s Cut for PS4, “Stereo Aereo” for PS4, “Revolve” for PS4, and “Semispheres” for Vita.
The list of games set for release on Wednesday, October 11 include “Alteric” for PS4 and Vita, “Yono and the Celestial Elephants” for Windows PC and Nintendo Switch, “Miko Gakkou Monogatari: Kaede Episode” for PS4, “Unbox: Newbie’s Adventure” for Nintendo Switch, “Son of Scoregasm” for Vita, and “Shiny” for Xbox One.
‘The Evil Within 2’ and ‘Friday the 13th: The Game’ releasing on Friday
The October 12’s list includes “ACA NeoGeo: The King of Fighters ’95,” “The Flame in the Flood,” “Wulverblade,” and “Neon Chrome” for Nintendo Switch. The highly awaited “The Evil Within 2” for Windows PC, PS4 and Xbox One and “Friday the 13th: The Game” for PS4 and Xbox One will be released on Friday, October 13, along with “Bad Apple Wars” for Vita, and “White Noise 2” for PS4.
