Sunday afternoon's NFL schedule features the Texans vs. Packers live stream online and televised matchup among the early games on the slate. As of this report, the Texans currently hold onto the fourth seed and would be part of the AFC Wild Card round. Meanwhile, the Packers are still considered in the hunt for a playoff spot but will need to add some more wins as the season winds down while hoping other teams above them falter. This NFL live streaming and televised matchup will be available for sports fans to enjoy on Sunday afternoon.

Aaron Rodgers hurt?

As many sources including ESPN have reported, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is dealing with a hamstring injury.

While the former NFL MVP is expected to play, his mobility may be affected by the injury. With the Packers in need of wins, it could be a tough situation even at home.

In their previous contest, Green Bay snapped a four-game losing streak by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles 27-13 in Monday Night Football. Rodgers tossed two touchdowns in the victory at Lincoln Financial Field. Right now, the Packers sit at 5-6 overall which is third in the NFC North. That's right behind 6-6 Minnesota and division leaders Detroit, who are 7-4. A win will go a long way towards keeping Green Bay in the playoff chase, as teams such as Tampa Bay, Minnesota, and New Orleans are currently ahead of them.

Texans also need wins

Despite being in the playoff picture, Houston is clinging to their division lead. With back-to-back losses, they now are just a half-game ahead of the Tennessee Titans (6-6) with the Indianapolis Colts (5-6) in third place. The team ranks at No. 29 in the league in offense, putting up just 17.6 points per game.

After a big offseason signing, quarterback Brock Osweiler hasn't quite panned out as expected. The former Broncos QB is No. 32 in yards per attempt and No. 31 in passer rating. He's also thrown 13 interceptions on the season.

There are bright spots for the team, though.

Running back Lamar Miller is fifth in the league in total yards on the ground with 881 on the season which has helped the offense. Houston also ranks fourth in the league in defense, allowing just 3,484 total yards this season and are the fifth best pass defense in the NFL. With Rodgers banged up that could help the Texans' chances at a win.
