The latest episode of "Monday Night Raw" live on USA featured the superstars appearing in matches at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. There were several big championship matches scheduled for the event including Charlotte putting her Women's title on the line against Sasha Banks, as well as The New Day defending the tag team titles against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. In addition, several other big developments took place ahead of the "Roadblock: End of the Line" pay-per-view. Here are the latest results and possible WWE "Raw" spoilers from the Monday, November 28, 2016, episode.

A title shot up for grabs

The US Champion Roman Reigns was granted a non-title shot against Kevin Owens. If he won, he would get a shot at the Universal championship at "Roadblock." In the big match, Owens was without the help of his good friend Chris Jericho who became fed up with Owens during the opening segment. More on Jericho later.

It went back and forth for a good bit of the match, but Reigns connected on a Superman Punch when Owens was on the ring corner. Later, Owens delivered a kick when Reigns went for the Spear.

Owens went against the ropes, as did Reigns who came back and hit a Spear for the pinfall win. The two will meet for the title at "Roadblock" next month.

Other results & outcomes

Braun Strowman continues to crush all opponents in his path as he did the same to R-Truth. Goldust tried to get revenge post-match but got stuck in a bear hug.

Sami Zayn came out to try to make a save, but once again Strowman dominated. Eventually, Mick Foley came to the ring to stop Strowman and got into it with Zayn who called Foley a "hypocrite" for not giving him the opportunity to fight Strowman.

Earlier in the night, Kevin Owens blurted out he doesn't need Chris Jericho.

That caused tension between the two with Jericho saying he's had enough of it. Later, Seth Rollins showed up as Chris Jericho was trying to leave the arena in a car. Rollins asked "Am I on the list?" and then delivered an attack to Jericho that included a Pedigree on top of the car.

In Cruiserweight action, Rich Swann defeated Noam Dar with champion Brian Kendrick watching from commentary. Also, Tony Nese got a win over Cedric Alexander with Drew Galuk's help.

Rusev didn't even bother with his match against Enzo tonight. Instead, he kicked his opponent between the legs as revenge for Enzo's comments and presentation to Lana last week.

In other major news, Paul Heyman had a sit-down interview with Michael Cole to announce that Brock Lesnar still has something left to prove after losing to Goldberg at "Survivor Series." Heyman said Brock Lesnar will also enter the "Royal Rumble" and Goldberg will be his victim.

Championships on the line

In one huge match, Women's Champion Charlotte was in her home area aka "Flair Country" to defend her belt against Sasha Banks. The two had their match early on, but it resulted in a double count-out as they fought into the crowd. Mick Foley ordered them to fight later in a No DQ, falls count anywhere match.

In the other bout, it was The New Day putting their title up for grabs against Gallows and Anderson. New Day has been creeping up on the all-time title reign record set by Demolition back in the day. Late in the match, Anderson and Woods battled it out with Anderson rolling up Woods and grabbing his tights. Woods reversed it and took the pinfall for New Day.

The main event superstars pulled out all the stops as Sasha Banks and Charlotte fought all over the arena.

Sasha would use a Kendo stick multiple times on Charlotte. The champ didn't seem to have any quit as she landed a huge moonsault off the announcers' table on Sasha but Banks kicked out. Later, Sasha put the Bank Statement on Charlotte through a guard rail to make her tap out. Sasha claimed the women's title to close "Raw" as Ric Flair came out to give his endorsement.

With that "Raw" concluded an entertaining Monday night, leaving "SmackDown" a lot of work to do to top it!
