India 1-0 up in the series

After the first Test was drawn, Kohli and his men struck with spin in the second Test. England needs to win this game to level the series and they are capable of coming back, particularly in Tests.

The key is not to allow the Indian batsman to pile up a huge first innings score which happens most of the time when India wins.

The spin trio of Ashwin, Mishra and Jadeja were too much for the English batsman. Also, a score of 400 plus is not easy to be scored in the final innings when the pitch is dried out.

India has an excellent track record at Mohali, they haven't lost a single game here in the last 22 years after winning six and five draws.
