This week features plenty of low scoring matchups that should contribute to big fantasy games from certain defenses. Last week, I took a look at the top 10 defenses for week 4 of the Football season. Plenty of defenses listed, including the Texans, Bengals, Seahawks, and the Broncos scored double digit fantasy points. This week, I will again predict the double digit fantasy scorers for week 5.

1. Patriots D/ST.

Tom Brady is back. That's going to be a problem for a Cleveland team that will have to face a Patriots team coming off an embarrassing shutout loss against the Buffalo Bills in week 4. The Patriots will be angry and the defense is good enough to take advantage of any mistakes made by third string quarterback Cody Kessler.

Expect a huge fantasy game for the Patriots defense in week 5.

2. Panthers D/ST.

This defense was absolutely awful last week against the Falcons, but will get a much easier matchup at home against a Buccaneers team that scored exactly 7 points against the Denver Broncos. The Panthers will have no problem forcing turnovers and should be an elite fantasy option in week 5.

3. Cardinals D/ST.

Anybody see this coming? The Cardinals are currently 1-3 and are coming off a terrible loss against a Rams team that cannot actually pass the ball. The defense was good in week 4, but the offense was far too lackluster. Expect a better fantasy performance from the Cardinals defense in week 5 against a 49ers team that struggles to move the ball on offense.

4. Rams D/ST.

The over/under for this game is currently set at 40 points, the lowest for any game this week. Tyrod Taylor looked great against the Patriots in week 4, but the Bills still managed to score just 16 points. The Rams defense is red hot right now and will again be a good fantasy start against a Bills team that still doesn't score very many points on offense.

5. Dolphins D/ST.

The Dolphins got hammered by the Bengals in week 4, but it wasn't the fault of the defense. Miami's defense hasn't been good for the past three weeks, but will get a much better fantasy opportunity against a Titans team that is allowing a ton of fantasy points to opposing defenses. Expect a much better fantasy performance in week 5.

6. Vikings D/ST.

How good is this defense? They've averaged 20 fantasy points in the first three weeks of the season and are clearly an elite option at the position. If you have them, you're obviously starting them in week 5 against a Texans team that occasionally struggles to avoid turnovers.

7. Bills D/ST.

The Bills defense played really well in week 5 and shutout a 3-0 Patriots offense that looked completely lost for the entire game. Rex Ryan and the Bills defense have finally started to click, a bad sign for the rest of the NFL. The game between the Bills and Rams on Sunday will likely turn into a field goal war, meaning plenty of points for the two fantasy defenses.

8. 49ers D/ST.

The Cardinals offense has been really bad recently, which makes the 49ers a legitimate fantasy defense in week 5.

The 49ers will get to play at home and should manage to score a decent number of fantasy points against Carson Palmer in a slump.

9. Texans D/ST.

The game between the Vikings and the Texans on Sunday will feature plenty of defense and should feature plenty of opportunities for fantasy points. That means opportunities for the Texans on the road, even if they will be somewhat limited by the conservative nature of the Vikings offense.

10. Titans D/ST.

Anybody else notice that the Titans defense has been sneaky good at shutting down opposing number one wide receivers? The Titans limited DeAndre Hopkins to just one catch and have a lockdown secondary. The Dolphins, who have no semblance of a run game, will struggle to attack a Titans defense that thrives in pass defense.
