If somebody said these teams would combine to have a winning record in Week 5, they'd be mocked forever.

Cincinnati Bengals at Dallas Cowboys, Sunday 4:25 ET

Dallas has been the surprise of the NFL season, drawing questions about whether or not rookie quarterback Dak Prescott might permanently displace the injured Tony Romo. They'll face some resistance at home in Week 5.Bengals 31, Cowboys 14

San Diego Chargers at Oakland Raiders, Sunday 4:25 ET

The Chargers can't close out games and coach Mike McCoy will likely be out soon because of it. Meanwhile, some are saying Oakland quarterbacks Derek Carr should win NFL Offensive Player of the Year if he keeps up his play.

New York Giants at Green Bay Packers, Sunday 8:30 ET

At Lambeau Field coming off a bye, Green Bay should be able to win this game. All eyes will be on the mercurial Odell Beckham Jr., though -- gut says he keeps his emotions in better check this weekend and even scores his first touchdown of the season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers, Monday 8:30 ET

Carolina doesn't look like the team that made a Super Bowl last season, and may be missing former MVP Cam Newton due to a concussion. That's if this game gets played -- Hurricane Matthew is threatening to postpone the game.
