Last week we took a look at five fantasy sleepers who could deliver big in week 5. The picks were successful on the whole and would have helped those fantasy players who implemented the advice. For more on fantasy Football, check out these two articles about fantasy football trade targets and defenses. Now let's take a look at the top five fantasy football sleepers for week 6.

1. Cameron Meredith.

With Kevin White out, Meredith has emerged as one of the top options in the Chicago Bears offense. That status earned him 130 receiving yards in week 5 and makes him worthy of a play in week 6 against a Jaguars defense that struggles to defend the pass.

Expect another solid fantasy performance from Meredith this week.

2. Jalen Richard.

The Oakland Raiders have an ugly backfield situation that has reduced Latavius Murray's value significantly. One beneficiary of the change was Richard, who caught six passes for 66 yards in week 5. Richard has value in that role and can be started by fantasy owners in desperate need of a running back this week.

3. Titans D/ST.

The Titans don't have the greatest defense in the world, but they do have a great matchup. In week 6 the Titans will get to play against a Browns team that willbe starting an uncertain quarterback. But it doesn't really matter who it is. The Browns offense is awful and the Titans defense should be able to rack up a decent number of fantasy points.

4. Charles Clay.

The Buffalo Bills tight end led the Bills with five catches for 73 receiving yards in week 6. He's finally starting to find a rhythm with quarterback Tyrod Taylor and could be a popular target on Sunday against a 49ers team that is not very good at defending the position. Fantasy owners struggling to find a tight end can start Clay with confidence this week.

5. Alex Smith.

In need of a quarterback this week? Look no further than Chiefs starter Alex Smith, who will get to take on a defense that has allowed the third most points to opposing fantasy quarterbacks this year. Smith's conservative nature precludes him from the elite tier, but his production should be solid against the Raiders in week 6.
