After flashy games involving the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide for the past two weeks, the Tuscaloosa team has the week off, removing some of the lustre from the college Football weekend. There are still huge games in regards to the playoff race, though. Here are the best gamesof Week 9 in college football.

3 - #7 Nebraska Cornhuskers at #11 Wisconsin Badgers, Saturday 7:00 ET

The playoff hopes of Wisconsin are likely dashed after two losses, but Nebraska is still undefeated, to the surprise of many. Camp Randall is one of the loudest environments in college football, forcing oddsmakers to list Nebraska as double-digit underdogs.

It seems a little unfair, considering how well quarterback Tommy Armstrong Jr. has his team playing, but a loss can be expected in Nebraska's biggest road test so far.Wisconsin 27, Nebraska 24

2 - #4 Washington Huskies at #17 Utah Utes, Saturday 3:30 ET

Washington has been on cruise control for most of the season, aided by an incredibly easy nonconference schedule. Their conference opponents in the Pac-12 haven't put up a significant fight either, but that changes at Utah. Huskies quarterback Jake Browning has only thrown two interceptions in his Heisman Trophy campaign; Utah leads the conference in defensive picks. Additionally, Utah running back Joe Williams, who retired due to injuries earlier in the season, rushed for a school-record 332 yards against UCLA.

Washington 31, Utah 30

1 - #3 Clemson Tigers at #12 Florida State Seminoles, Saturday 8:00 ET

In the past couple of years, this game has meant a lot in terms of who won the ACC and who went to the College Football Playoff. Florida State has already endured two losses, so their dreamof making the playoff seems unlikely.

Clemson is still undefeated, though, and this is their last major test of the regular season. Despite taking a nasty hit last week, Clemson running back Wayne Gallman is expected to be ready to go on Saturday; he'll need to go blow for blow with elite Florida State running back Dalvin Cook.Clemson 34, Florida State 23
