Fantasy Football has produced plenty of surprises so far. Todd Gurley and Adrian Peterson, two first round picks, have flopped. Other expected sleepers, including Saints tight end Coby Fleener, have become droppable. And week 3 will bring even more shockers from stars who will struggle to produce intheir given matchups.

1. Sammy Watkins.

It's very tempting to try and trade Sammy Watkins at this point in the fantasy year. The Bills receiver is struggling through a foot injury and has scored just six fantasy points in the first two weeks of the year. In week 3, he will have to play against a Cardinals defense that will be primed to take advantage of the Bills offensive mistakes.

2. Isaiah Crowell.

It's hard to ignore Crowell after he scored 20 points in week 2 of the fantasy football season. He's been an elite fantasy running back so far and his role on the Browns gives him plenty of opportunities to score fantasy points. But Crowell should be on fantasy benches in week 3 because the Dolphins defense will shut down a Browns offense led by a third string quarterback.

3. A.J. Green.

Yes, I did just write the name of the star Bengals wide receiver. The Broncos defense is too good to ignore and Green will have a difficult time getting any separation. This game is expected to be extremely low scoring, and Green will get a limited number of opportunities to produce. Try to find another receiver who will be playing in a higher scoring game, like Michael Crabtree, and replace Green in your fantasy lineups.

4. Derek Carr.

The reign of star Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is over. He scored more than twenty fantasy points in each of the first two weeks of the season thanks to some cushy matchups against the Falcons and Saints. This week, he will face a much tougher challenge against a Titans team that has effectively shut down opposing quarterbacks for the first two weeks of the year.

5. Vikings D/ST.

The Vikings defense has scored more than 30 fantasy points in the first two weeks of the season. That level of production has the unit ranked first in fantasy scoring among all defenses. In week 3, the Vikings will face a much tougher challenge against a Panthers offense that absolutely destroyed the 49ers defense in week 2.
