Bill Belichickkeeps a pencil tucked under his ear and wears a casual sweatshirt to every single Patriots game. Want him to wear a suit like the NFL coaches of old? I doubt Belichick cares too much about your opinions on the way he dresses or in the way he coaches his Football team. And it's for a good reason. Bill Belichick is the greatest NFL coach of all time and it has nothing to do with the way he looks.

Thursday Night's Game.

The Patriots were expected to struggle a little bit without Tom Brady at the helm. Instead, Belichick has masterfully led his team to three straight victories that have looked a little bit too easy.

The most ridiculous of those victories came on Thursday night, when Belichick managed to destroy the Texans in spite of a third string quarterback. Jacoby Brisset managed to play his roleextremely well and the Patriots shut out a Texans team that had won its first two games. But why should NFL fans be surprised? This is the kind of stuff that Belichick has been doing throughout his career.

Tom Brady and Matt Cassel.

Brady definitely deserves some credit as one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game, but Belichick definitely deserves some credit. In 2001, Tom Brady, an unheralded quarterback, helped the Patriots win the Super Bowl. The sixth round draft pick managed to win two more Super Bowls in the next three years thanks to a system that emphasized getting the ball out quickly.

When Brady went down with an injury in 2008, Belichick made Matt Cassel into a legitimate quarterback. The Patriots missed the playoffs, but still managed to finish the year with a 11-5 record. The one constant? Bill Belichick.

Bill Belichick's Career.

It's impossible to explain just how impressive the Patriots head coach has been during his tenure with the Patriots.

Belichick has helped the team win four Super Bowls, reach a perfect regular season, and make the playoffs in every year except one since 2002. And this is in the NFL! The league is predicated on parity and teams at the top change almost every year. The Patriots are always contenders and have consistently competed for a Super Bowl title since 2001.

There is no other head coach currently in the NFL with more impressive accomplishments than Bill Belichick. And his innovative strategies have already paid off for him with three victories in the first three weeks of the 2016 NFL season. NFL fans will just have to wait and see what masterpieces Belichick will cook up for the rest of the regular season and the playoffs.
