The college football playoff picture is destined to have significant changes after Week 5 when several contenders face off against one another. Here are the top games of the weekend:

4. #11 Tennessee Volunteers at #25 Georgia Bulldogs, 3:30 ET Saturday

Both of these teams have survived games against opponents who should've been overmatched by the SEC heavyweights -- Tennessee skated by Appalachian State in overtime on the first day of the season, Georgia in Week 2 against Nicholls State. After a big win against their rival, the Florida Gators (who they hadn't defeated in quite some time), the Volunteers seem primed for a let down.

Georgia 29, Tennessee 25

3. #7 Stanford Cardinal at #10 Washington Huskies, 9:00 ET Friday

Tonight's game pits the two best teams in the Pac-12 against one another. Initially, the Pac-12 was expected to be the conference left out of the playoffs, but with the implosion of the Big 12 this season, the winner of this game has a realistic chance at making the semifinals. Stanford has Heisman Trophy candidate Christian McCaffrey at running back; the Huskies have rising quarterback Jake Browning and home field.Washington 24, Stanford 20

2. #8 Wisconsin Badgers at #4 Michigan Wolverines, 3:30 ET Saturday

These are two teams blowing through expectations this season. Michigan was expected to be good with Jim Harbaugh in his second year as coach, but still a year away from being a real contender.

Meanwhile, Wisconsin was unranked when they took down LSU at Lambeau Field in Week 1 - LSU would eventually prove to not really be that good and fire coach Les Miles last week. Michigan 28, Wisconsin 17

1. #3 Louisville Cardinals at #5 Clemson Tigers, 8:00 ET Saturday

This game not only pits the two biggest contenders for the ACC Championship against one another, but also two of the country's best quarterbacks in Louisville's Lamar Jackson and Clemson's Deshaun Watson.

The Cardinals have looked unstoppable in the early running, but don't count out Clemson's enormous homefield advantage. Clemson 35, Louisville 33
