Battle for the title

This will be one of the hottest seasons in the history of the English Premier League given the breaking of the jinx by Leicester City last season in lifting the trophy. Unlike previous seasons where only the big five were predicted to win the title. The EPL appears to be unpredictable this season as every team is busy during the break signing versatile and talented players in preparation for this year’s title.

Season of transfers

Arsenal who is to face a top challenger in the opening leg of the English Premier League on the 13th of August, 2016, at the Emirate stadium has agreed to sign Bolton Wanderer’s defender Rob Holding to feature in next season’s encounter.

Holding is a talented player who feels comfortable playing both at the center and full back.

No team is left behind

Everton has recently signed Coventry’s 18-year-old striker Bassala Sambou. This young prospecting player will be a plus to the team, according to Everton’s Manager David Unsworth.

Spanish forward Nolito has Joined Chelsea for next season’s encounter. Nolito played for Celta Vigo where he scored 39 goals in his total of 103 match appearances. He previously played for Pep Guardiola before joining Celta Vigo.

Georginio Wijnaldum is to join Liverpool this season on a five year debut deal. Georginio who played for new Newcastle will be wearing the number five shirt for Liverpool. Meanwhile, 39-year-old Aresenal former goalkeeper Manninger will be joining Liverpool this season.

Liverpool’s Manager Jurgen Klopp has transferred Ryan Fulton on a season loan to Huddersfield. This bring to five the number players signed by the team this season. The team is hoping for an improvement in this upcoming season following a disappointing performance last season where it failed to qualify for the Champions League.
