Amber Portwood is unhappy with MTV's portrayal

Not only did Portwood share numerous tweets in regard to her issues with the network she also went on a rant on Instagram in which she complained about her fans calling her a bad mom and assuming she's lazy. In the clip, Portwood said she continued to be hassled by her many fans, despite having celebrated her daughter Leah's 10th birthday with her ex, Gary Shirley, and his wife, Kristina Anderson.

Amber Portwood is drained

According to Hollywood Life's source, it's been draining for Portwood to be featured on "Teen Mom OG" over the past several years and at times, it's felt as if the network has chosen to spotlight the worst and most painful moments of her life.

According to the second report from Us Weekly Magazine, Portwood began to feel differently about her future with the series after reconnecting with her co-stars, including Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout, in New York City during filming on the Season 8 reunion.

“The chances of her actually leaving are very slim,” a friend of Amber Portwood's explained. The friend then said that despite her past drama with MTV, she's now in a very calm and chill place in her life and enjoying her time with boyfriend Andrew Glennon and their new baby James. Portwood and Glennon began dating last summer.
